PARTICIPATION PROCESS

If your paper is accepted for presentation, you have the option of presenting it at the conference location or on-line at the conference website. As defined on the "Conference Schedule" page.

 IF YOU ARE PRESENTING AT THE CONFERENCE LOCATION

Presentations will be held at a physical location in the city or town where the conference is being held. Therefore, you have to travel to the specified conference location (city or town where the conference is being held) in order to give your presentation. If you are presenting a paper, an Overhead Opaque Projector or a Laptop and an LCD Color Projector will be provided for you to use in making your presentation. If there will be no presentation at the conference location, then there will be no need for you to travel. The only option you have is to present your paper/article on-line.

Here is the process of presenting at the conference location:

1. If you are not presenting paper;

- Download or print the conference registration form, complete and submit it to the Conference by the deadline for conference registration as indicated on the conference website.

- Make your reservations: lodging & flight; and then travel to the conference.

2. If you are submitting article (s)/paper (s) and presenting at the conference location;

- Submit your paper via e-mail with the required format (Study the sections on “Conference Proceedings (Refereed)” and “Conference Journals (refereed & listed in Cabell Index)” topics located in the “Table of Content for the Home Page” in the home page of the this Conference Website. ) to the conference. If your paper is accepted, it will appear in the appropriate publication and it will be scheduled for presentation in the face-to-face presentations.

- Download or print the conference registration form, complete and submit it to the Conference by the deadline.

- Make your reservations: lodging & flight; and then travel to the conference.

IF YOU ARE PRESENTING ON-LINE

In this case, there is no need for you to travel to the specified conference location. If you are presenting a paper/article, you will prepare a PowerPoint presentation of your topic and e-mail it to Dr. Joe for inclusion in the on-line conference program. When the conference starts, your PowerPoint presentation will be available for anybody to view at anytime on this conference website. The viewers of your PowerPoint presentation will then e-mail questions and comments to the e-mail address you provided on your PowerPoint presentation for your response.

Please note!!!: The on-line presentation is NOT in real-time.

Dr. Joe will give you detailed instructions on how to prepare your PowerPoint presentation after your paper has been accepted for the conference and the publication manuscript of your paper is ready.

Here is the on-line conference presentations process:

1. If you are presenting paper on-line;
